Forum (EVIF 2026) successfully concluded. VINTEKO led with the
theme 'Zero-Carbon Smart Manufacturing · Ecological Win-Win,'
showcasing high-precision press-fit solutions for powertrain
and chassis systems, dual-servo riveting systems, and torque
calibration devices. Through interactive demonstrations and in-depth exchanges on site, we demonstrated our solid capabilities to
6,000 industry decision-makers in addressing safety,
consistency, and flexibility challenges.

High-Precision Servo Press-Fit System
On-site introduction of the advantages of the servo press-fit system:
In terms of core processes, it achieves pressure control accuracy of ±0.5% F.S. and repeat positioning accuracy of ±0.01mm, capable of meeting the process window requirements of the vast majority of high-precision assemblies. Combined with a 24-bit high-resolution and
20kHz high-speed sampling controller, the system not
only executes precisely but also simultaneously displays multidimensional curves such as displacement and pressure in real time, ensuring
that every press-fit data point is truly traceable. In terms of durability,
it is specifically designed for production lines with frequent start-stop conditions, with a design life of 10 million cycles, greatly reducing equipment maintenance costs. More importantly, the entire product range has obtained CE certification and is exported to multiple countries, with quality standards that can withstand international market tests.

Torque Calibrator
The HI-2300/HI-2600 torque tester is a handheld testing
instrument that displays the tightening curve in real time, with clear visibility of curve details. It is suitable for testing, calibrating, and calibrating devices with torque sensors or pressure sensors, such as manual tools, electric tools, pneumatic tools, tightening machines, and servo presses.

Dual-Servo Pull Riveting System
Function Introduction:
In terms of core performance, it achieves a ±0.5% FS riveting accuracy and 0.01mm repeat positioning, ensuring consistent riveting; a riveting speed of ≥10mm/s ensures production efficiency. The spindle adopts a dual servo motor design, achieving maintenance-free operation; the riveting rod supports rapid replacement in 10 seconds, greatly shortening changeover time and improving overall equipment efficiency. On the software intelligence level, the system can automatically detect the qualification of the nut during the screwing and release phases, controlling quality from the source. At the same time, all process data can be interfaced with the MES system, not only uploading characteristic values such as maximum force, stroke, and torque, but also providing the complete riveting curve, realizing full lifecycle data tracing for each riveting point and providing solid data support for intelligent manufacturing.
